I want to install a Dutch language pack for my forum, but when I click the link for the Dutch language pack, I'm not getting the dowload.

I have the The Cure theme on my forum: http://www.gaming4u.be/forum .
And when I enable Dutch as language, the images are missing.

Upload the images to here: forum/images/thecure/

What images? The images of my theme or the images in the language pack?
