Your CSS is missing, your site is very slow, but have you uploaded the CSS?

check permissions of folders and files - esp. /cache and all its subfolders should be writable

/cache is 777

^ navigate to tools & maintenance section of admin panel.
at the bottom of the page, there is a report related to the permissions. does it say all the required are writable ?
