I use the abandoned git work found here. I have used hours fixing things and it can install and work fine as to Uploading files. However I do not understand how permissions work and that drives me bananas.
Currently It allows guest to upload files at the same time no one can download anything. In fact it does not even list uploaded files correctly in "list all categories".
Anyone familiar with the plugin? I would even take an alternative free plugin if exists!
