Chris is right!
My whole greek language pack was in utf-8.
After replacing the global.lang.php (utf-8) with that from Chris (ANSI) i got a similar error,but in onother file.
So i encoded the whole language pack in ANSI (show as utf-8 without BOM) and replaced the utf one.
No errors now. Seems,that the problem was the encoding.
Who could imagine that!!
