Hello everyone.

I'd like to change my welcome bar.

At the moment it stretches across the page but my forum doesn't!

So:

1) How can I make it shorter?
2) How can I change its colour, without changing the colour of anything else on my forum?
3) I want a dark colour, so how do I change the colour of the text within the bar?
