Can I also change the texts if someone register, for example the COPPA information text if you are younger than 13?

Did you used the dutch translation pack, because on my forum everything is in Dutch when i use that pack

And for some reasons, some things want I changed by myself.

Can you post your index_boardstats of your template here?

admin panel >> configuration >> languages >> your language --> options --> Edit Language Variables

--> index.lang.php --> Edit --> find required entries, edit and save language file
(markread, forumteam, forumstats)

similarly forumdisplay.lang.php consists of entry for search_forum
