I've downloaded MyBB 1.7 and installed it on my server. And I've found a but. The variable $stylesheets is empty, because in $theme_stylesheets are the keys like "css.php?stylesheet=7" but in $theme['disporder'] are the stylesheets referred as global.css. And that's why $stylesheets is empty.
Further investigations are required.
