I have had these spam accounts sign up for my site coming from [email protected] ALL COMING from the same IP how do I stop this?

You can try one of these plugins for mybb:

http://mods.mybb.com/view/keycaptcha

because stopforumspam is down right now.. My forum also under attack from spammers

KeyCAPTCHA is an good option.

You can also block that IP from your website or block registrations using @gmail, @outlook and @hotmail. Most spambots will use it.
