You can download the hebrew translation for mybb 1.2 from the mybb website.
Download the MyBB 1.2.2 package from the website, upload ALL files, except inc/config.php and inc/settings.php and overwrite the existing files. Then you need to run /install/upgrade.php via your web browser and go through the upgrade procedure. When finished you need to check for updated templates via your admin cp.
DON'T FORGET TO BACK UP YOUR DATABASE AND YOUR FILES ON YOUR FTP!!
