first of all greetings to all members of this forum.
I just have some questions since im new using this kind of forum

I want to disabled the php code icons, and other icons in reply and also in new reply.. how can i do this in admin area?

please clarify - do you want to disable using myCode

clickable tool bar can be disabled at below location
admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> Clickable Smilies and BB Code
--> Clickable MyCode Editor <-- select off and save settings

i want to make the same quick reply in this forum without any codes...

^ which editor you are using ? MyBB's default quick reply doesn't consist of any icons tool
