my alert popup box wont open - there''s just this white line under my Alerts -->

hi! here: username: test / password: testonly

^ admin panel >> themes >> active theme >> global.css --> edit in advanced mode
find #panel .lower and remove overflow : hidden; and add height: 18px;
save global.css and hard refresh your browser (eg. press CTRL + F5) on the index page. check if myalerts pop up works
