A few days ago I upgraded the server that my forum is hosted on. The upgrade went well, but I just got an email from a member who can no longer log in. In the Admin CP, his account has disappeared. I can't find it by his username or email address.
He had over 1,000 posts, so when I look into a thread with one of them, there is simply "Unregistered" listed below his name. His username is no longer clickable.
Is there any way to recover his account? I have a backup from before the upgrade, but I don't want to do a full restore since hundreds of postings have been made since then.
