right I tend to have another control panel (plesk) but the theory should be the same (?) open the dbadmin panel for your database
find the table
prefix_users ( prefix is normally mybb_ so it could be mybb_users )

find your user record (if you set up the bb it will be the first record) alter the email address field to suit your current email address and adjust the password field to suit your password try f392fb4e46dd03304e304a7d77059114 which will be demo13 however I am un sure if you will have to alter the salt field to suit
