admin panel >> users & groups >> groups >> click on a group (Edit User Group) >> Users and Permissions (tab) -->
Reputation System --> Can give reputations to users?

simple method is to move the user to another group in which reputation is not shown

Yes. That's a good idea, but I think I should remove check of second option. NO? Undecided .
of course I find this but shows a syntax error.

^ that plugin is for a different purpose - specific user is forbidden from giving reputation to other users.
