Go to ACP>Configuration>Settings>Board Configuration>Disable All Plugins
If the error is gone then provide a list of all the plugins you installed recently.

Couldnt get in admin so I had to delete plugins from the host. Plug ins I have never used, I deleted. I have one now and its "sidebar" by nayar.

It seems like you deleted the plugin that was causing the issue as I can access your board without seeing any error(s).

Your right. I deleted two plugins.
One was "hello"
and the other I cant remember. Maybe artzmec... or something like that

Well still didnt fix it. If the plugins cause so much trouble they shouldnt even be on the site.
