As the screenshots shows, the rank "GameMasters" are higher than Administrators on the list, which needs to be changed - but how?

If I am not wrong, ACP > Users & Groups > Groups > Change the order .

navigate to groups page on the admin panel and you can see a column for the display order of the groups.
change the order as you wish and then save the order by clicking update groups order button
