In Windows, you can simply right-click the .zip or .rar file to extract it.

I am using Windows 7.
Okay I see
Now, my uncompressed file is now change to File Folder, How will I change it to a zip folder.

You don't need to change it to anything, you need to upload the files to your server. You see, a MyBB theme is two parts: an image folder and an XML file with the style and template info.

First, upload the image folder in the theme to yourforum.com/images/ (put that named folder in 'images' not rename it!)

Then when you have the images in place, go to ACP -> Templates & Styles -> Themes (default page) and click the 'Import Theme' tab. Browse to the XML file and import it. Smile

^ admin panel >> configuration >> (settings) >> Board Online / Offline --> Board Closed <-- select yes & save settings
