Hey, I want the Forum, if the users search for example yourforum.net then the forum will redirect the user to yourforum.net/portal.php

How will I do that?

are you using a .htaccess file ? you can use code like below in it

DirectoryIndex portal.php index.php

put this

DirectoryIndex portal.php

in your .htaccess

It is htaccess.txt not .htaccess

^ create a text file (eg. htaccess2.txt) on your computer, add the suggested code, save it. upload it & rename it as .htaccess
