I am seeing this in my website

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1045 - Access denied for user 'b16_13723035'@'192.168.0.50' (using password: YES)
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

Where will I find ./inc/config.php ?

Good, then, log to your hosting account via FTP, in forum directory, you'll find folder named inc . Find config.php and there is it. After that follow above guide I posted.

BTW, in the future use a better thread subject than "Need help immediately". In your case, "Unable to connect to MySQL server" would have been a better choice and received more attention.
