How is it possible to change in some forums the number of threads shown per page?

If you only want to do it in specific forums, xThreads would be your best bet because it can overwrite default settings.

I have it installed but how do I do that?

ACP -> Forums & Posts -> Edit Forum -> Settings Overrides (click on orange textarea) -> choose Threads Per page and enter another value -> Save

I have already entered postlayout=horizontal
how do I enter new one but keeping this one too?
