I'm really not sure what's causing this!

It only happens when someone is posting with an Administrator account, where if you post to a Stuck thread, it will unstick after the reply is made.

Any help???

Make sure you have "Stick Thread" ticked/checked when you are posting a new reply. If you are using the quick reply then it will be on the left hand side of the text area.
