I am constantly dealing with 100s of attempted posts that all contain the phrase "Louis Vuitton Bags". Is these a simple way to block all these so I do not have to manually delete 100s of these every week?

Add that word to the word filter in Admin CP->Configuration. Then it can get changed to whatever you want.
Stop forum spam - might help.
Activate Akismet plugin at Plugins. They are installed already at upload
just a note: Akismet plugin doesn't help much for a MyBB forum and using it might ban genuine users!

Each post is over a hundred words long. I want to block these completely.
have you tried banning the range of ip/email used by the spammer
