Hi Folks,

I would like to have a plugin created that would allow for the management of a bowling league (or multiple leagues)

Basic specs(more detail if you are willing to assist):

• Admins can create leagues
  
• league is freely join able by all users
  
• every week users can enter scores for their 3 games
  
• if no score is receive the field will auto populate with average - 10%
  
• averages calculated based on total pinfall / games bowled)
  
• can calculate multiple bowling statistics that i can provide equations for
  
• possibility to send users pm to remind them to post their scores if missing?
  
• have teams created by admins
  
• team stats
  
• point system for w/l based on weekly team match ups
  
• handicap calculation (equation: 200 - average * 80%) would be good to make this editable
  
• a few more things i'm not thinking of at the moment.
  

I will be very willing to pay for this plugin, but would like to keep it private.

Bumping with greatly updated requirement spec's i would greatly appreciative some assistance on this, i understand it will be a fairly large plugin and i'm prepared to pay accordingly, please let me know what you are looking at price wise.
