I'm searching for a plugin where users can hide their posts until they reply.
It should also have a limit post count.

I already saw something like [hide=5]Content[/hide]
Does anyone know the name of the plugin?

If you mean the limit post count, that's a different plugin and not buildin in any hide plugin
