How to (if possible) sort ACP 'Users' list (srnshot attached) by 'Registered' date ?

there should be a views button next to the search button. that has manage views option.

admin panel >> Users & Groups >> Views >> Manage Views >> Create New View (tab) -->
put a title & select required options and Save View

this saved view appears through the Views options
