I've already set up new points aswell as buy credits but I can't find the page that says "Buy credit"
Isn't it supposed to be on the New Points page?

Do you know how I can also add it in here:

^ navigate to below location
admin panel >> templates >> Global Templates >> newpoints_home
find {$options} and you can add code like below just after {$options} in a new line

<tr><td class="trow1"><a href="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/buy.php">buy credits</a></td></tr>

save the template and check newpoints home page
