Hey MyBB.

Is any there know, and maybe have or can make a plugin to give Administrators permission to control what topics there must show on board + option to set what usergroups is need it for?
And maybe a private message to user if post what rejected.

I cant find that plugin. But sry if i have seen wrong.

i couldnt get what you actually meant, but i believe you want to hide/show select forums to selcet groups..

to achieve that, goto ACP >> Forums & Posts >> Forum Management >> Select the Forum >> Permissions >> Set Custom Permissions

#2 - I try again, i need to get a plugin there can give administrator to accept or rejected a topic, before is will be show for all. User group member make on forum.
So members stil can make topics. that will they not can with your anwser.
