Is it possible to put a lock in my DataBase so that my Database will be protected if someone try to hack my Database?

It's already password protected with a defined user account, or your server is badly configured.

Well to be sure, when you install MyBB, it asks for a host, user, password and database.
I'm pretty sure you've filled in user and password otherwise you wouldn't run MyBB.
So if you have a strong/random password and a not easy to guess user you can be pretty confident about your security.
Pick a strong MySQL password for your MyBB user... Don't install random plugins.
Security concern mitigated
