I tried resetting my password, and multiple attempts, but I'm unable to login in my own forums. I even registered a second account, and I am unable to login. It just takes me back to the main index, and says "Welcome Guest! Login". I requested for a password reset in my old account, but that doesn't work either. I am able to login to my ACP, but changing the password repeatedly didn't help either. What could be the issue?

Merged your two posts. I'd just like to point out that, posting twice in a row won't trigger some sort of alarm on my computer that I should check the forums asap, so it honestly is useless.
You need to log into your ACP and fix your cookie settings. They should be
Cookie Domain: gmqa.64digits.com
Cookie path: /forums/
I also reccommend changing your password after you've fixed it.

You should be able to log into your ACP fine, since it doesn't depend on cookies.

Where do you modify cookies? Where in the ACP?
ACP > Board Settings > Change > General Configuration

i'm having the same problem. Its letting me log in saying click here to avoid waiting, but takes me right back to the login screen. I have my cookies setup properly. To get to the forums i use
http://localhost/index.php
So my cookie settings are:
test1234.net
/cookies
This board is being run via Apache HTTP server with PHP5 and Mysql 4.1
Could this be the issue?

Do you have a real domain that points to your forum? If your board is just available by 'localhost' then your cookie domain should be empty, and your cookie domain should just be a single /

Well i left it untouched the first time and it didnt work either.
Either way i do it i am unable to login. Stuck in a constant loop.
