Since the new mod system will be introduced after the release of 1.8, I was wondering if there could be a new feature added where if there is a new review posted on any of your own uploaded mods then you will get an alert stating there was a new post on X mod of yours. A redirect to the reviews page would also be great.

Then again, if the mod system just creates a thread on the forum I guess it would be possible to simply "Subscribe" as you can normally?
Well yeah if you upload a mod, it will automatically create a thread as well which you can subscribe to however I'm talking about subscribing to the "Reviews" on the mods page. Example: The Apart theme, under the download link, it has some more options including Reviews. If there's a new review posted on the mod, the author doesn't get/receive any notice about that review.
