Is there anyway to protect your forum from spammers/advertisement programs, on a free way?

Cause i had enough of deleting those people.

Well there are many plugins. There are also many settings you can play with to prevent spam on your forum. Sometimes some spammers easily pass through all the spam prevention plugins you have because those spammers are mostly likely real human. Most spam prevention plugins are to stop spam bots and not real human. Take a look at the link M suggested, it has some pretty good suggestions on how to stop spam.
