There is actually no Error Message but there is an error. While I uploaded the Plugin Cool Signature there was a problem Activating it from ACP. Here it is. http://prntscr.com/1tybog

you can use this method instead of using that plugin
(if you still want to use that plugin, I can check it after a couple of hours)

Edit: have you added Plugin Library file to plugins folder (Plugin Library doesn't need activation)

And after I change that will all css works?

1 question: Where will I upload the file? There is no instructions.

suggested method uses simple fieldset effect.
regarding Plugin Library, pluginlibrary.php file should be uploaded to /inc/plugins/ folder

uploaded and same problem occurs
