I can see "Forums" sitting there at the bottom of my dashboard, but don't seem to be able to do anything with it. It's not in mt widgets page, but is in the installed plugins and is activated. Help Please

by any chance, are you using MyBB forum through Zingiri forum for WordPress ?

You'd be better off asking on the WordPress plugins forum or whoever wrote this integration, it's not an officially supported integration and we have no idea how it really works.
