Well the problem appears to be that whenever im creating a forum or sub forum... they r created in the software (database) but the actual directory is not being created on the file system:
File does not exist: /home4/gbpuki/public_html/gourob.net/forum/Forum-Test, referer: http://gourob.net/forum/

any idea guys

It doesn't actually create anything in the file system, it rewrites the URL to another file to process... did you add the necessary .htaccess rules required for Google SEO to work?
