I made the settings, that guests cannot not post on my forum. I and a couple of my friends tested to post as a guest, its not working. But still I get spam posts from guest members. Anyone knows why?

HI, It could be because of forum permissions.

by default mybb doesnt allow guests to post...

check the posting permissions of guest group from ACP >> Users & Groups >> Groups >> Guests >> Forums and Posts >> Posting/Rating Options?
