Once I upgraded my MyBB to the latest version my form manager stoped working. Eventhough I updated it in plugins manager and re-installed it.

I have no idea what could be wrong :l

are you referring to form manager plugin from mybbsource site
if so, it is a premium plugin and support should be sought there.
