Master24: You have no money to pay your staff. In every thread of yours, you claim you will pay your staff but at the end it turns out to be forum points earned through posting (NewPoints) which you can't convert into real currency.

It's been over a year now and you have closed down over 6 boards (If my counting is right) and over the past year, your grammar has been the same. I'm not saying your grammar is horrible however you have to work on your spelling and grammar.

Also, as repeated in multiple threads, you don't need staff members at the moment. You hardly need another helper on the theme unless your board is getting 50-100 posts a day and not when you are getting 5 posts a day.

Everyone knows that at the end of the day, your board will be closed down due to your ego, stubbornness and lack of knowledge. I would recommend you the following:

• Improve your grammar and spelling
  
• Join big boards and find out how they are so successful
  
• Explore the community forums to learn more about MyBB so you don't have to wait hours to get your question answered
  
• Learn the basics of being a successful webmaster. (Ex: http://community.mybb.com/thread-121855-...#pid879299)
  
• Don't always argue with your superiors
  
• Start off small but don't use .tk domains, buy your own domains. Domain providers often throw out a deal after every 3 months or so. Sometimes the domains become so cheap, worth $1. That's when I honestly buy my domains unless I'm in a rush because I know how important money is and saving it now would help me get professional work later on or even pay for the host.

To be honest, I was going to debate with Ben Cousins for holding back and discouraging Master24 not to be successful but before I did, I wanted to check out OPs previous threads. I must say you seriously made my day

The theme is horrible. It looks like a 3 year old wrote it. That's not a look you want for your site.

And as far as the domain goes, no, .tk is not alright.

I felt this needed addressing. You've only been here since July; hardly long enough to judge people that have taken the time to get to know, and even attempt to help, Ian. He doesn't want help, he wants staff. He won't find them here, because he's denied support.

As far as payment for being staff goes, it's people like you that have screwed up this hobby - what was once something people did because they took interest in the subject, people like you have made a hidden agenda for, and as such, I agree with Ian's motive to not pay staff (maybe one of the very few things I do actually agree on).

I've had Ian on my staff team before, I can not work with him, and I have no clue how anyone else could. He is consistently undermining the staff team (Even though he was only a Moderator), he continued to ask for Administrative permissions, then argued when I wouldn't give them to him for 2 very good reasons: 1) I didn't need one; and 2) I couldn't trust him.

Now, Ian, Take our advice, and please don't post here until you do, as we won't help you.

In conclusion:

• Fix the theme;
  
• Fix your grammar... Utilise the whole line, not 3 words worth of it.
  
• Learn how to design MyBB themes, blow us all out of the water, We want to see you do it.
  
• Stick to this forum; there's no point in coming back in 3 months hiring for a new staff board ($20 says he will do this, who's on?)
