2 issues: First is that it only quotes the last thnig that you used multiquote on (only one post) second is that when you click a button after you select it to be multiquoted, it doesn't go away. As in you can't deselect something to be multiquoted once you already selected it. I believe that links with my first problem though.

Admin Panel >> configuration >> settings >> Posting --> Maximum Nested Quote Tags
if it is set to 1 then you can change to 3 or 5

other issue requires test user account to check

It's already at 5. I created a test user account
user: test
password: test123

Actually, appears like it's a cache problem with me. I've tried refreshing my cache around 10 times in chrome, to no avail. If a few people could test it using the test account provided, that'd be great. Thanks!

Chrome is known for Cache problem. Can you provide a link to a thread that has nested quote tags?

I solved it by clearing my cookies.
