As you can see, on the left side, there is a moving gif image. ALTHOUGH, most people do not like it because it does not go all the way down the page. What should I do or how should I fix it? Should I remove the gif itself and change the background? Help!

It does exist...
It wasn't working yesterday. I see it came back up today however I don't see any moving image on your index.
