The latter, no theme will come with a 'template' for your site, strictly MyBB.

if i upgrade my forum to version from 1.2.1 to1.2.2 whether bluefish theme will work for me or what are the changes has to be done .

Not sure how your question relates to that thread, so I split it.

Anyways. You should always have a database and file backup when you attempt an upgrade. To answer your question, the theme will work, but some of the templates will need to be reverted to default. List of the required reverts can be found here: http://community.mybboard.net/showthread...8#pid94298
