Some buttons do not say what they should, ACP layout doesn't have the go to forum, etc.

can you run file verification tool at tools & maintenance section to find missing / changed / corrupt files

I think I upgraded wrong tbh, because I couldn't access the ACP for about 20 minutes because my plugin files were missing. The PLUGIN_global.langs were missing in inc/languages/english/admin/ directory.

^ so is the referred issue resolved by re-uploading those two language files
