When changing themes I noticed that any plugin that makes a template change does not have the change in the new theme, how can I make it so the template is changed again?

you might be already knowing this
deactivate and reactivate each and every plugin so that the plugins can add required codes in templates

if you are using MyAdvertisements plugin then do not deactivate it. codes related to it should be manually added
