I want to show advertisements randomly at one advertisement zone such as footer or header zone. Is there any plugin or code to show ads randomly ?

This will randomly show whatever ads you have set for a zone. You don't have to do anything special. It will do it automatically.

I also use that plugin. It's so good.
But I want to show random ads at one zone. And the ads will automatically change when anyone refresh the page.
Is there any plugin for this ?

^ suggested plugin does it. you can add any number of advertisements to a single zone and advt changes with page refresh

It works good, but be careful. Do not deactivate it. You will lose all your info. Also one thing I wish it had was a way to reset your views and clicks.
