I would like to limit the rights of posting in marketplace for users that have less than 50 posts let's say. With other words, users that don't have 50 posts will be able to see what is in marketplace but won't be able to post a message or open a new topic.

In cpanel I didn't found any such of option. Is there any working mod to do this?

Not really.
This plugin don't let a user to view a thread as I see.
I need something that won't let the user to post in cateogry if don't have a specific number of posts.

Use the promotion system, no?
