You can use the Undo Delete to recover deleted threads if they were deleted from the front end.

Now to recover the already delete threads, your best bet is to go back to an older backup of your database. If a thread is deleted/removed from your board, it's almost impossible to bring it back unless you jump back to an older backup of your database.
