i wonder why my forum always visited by the same ip. Is it bots or spammers ?

its nothing to worry about. its probably google bots or something.

actully i block this entire ip in htaccess and my forum performance looks better cuz its searching everything

It's the Ahrefs Bot. Add it to your list of bots / spiders. I never heard of it until I say it visit my forums.
