On my website http://www.shammysplayground.com/, the center forums has an ugly gray background of some sort, does anyone have any idea where I can edit this? I'm planning on changing all of that gray area to what is currently the outer background of the forums, then changing what is currently the outer background to something else.

That gray background, is background of your #container id. Open your global.css find there and change background value.
