My Current referral link : http://forumforu.uni.me/member.php?actio...referrer=1

This referral link direct goes to register page. But I want to redirect on my forum homepage. And when anyone will try to join by using that link, referral name will automatically put on referrer box.
Is it possible ?

You can add "?referrer=1" to every page of your forum.

You just add it to the end of your forum's homepage URL. Something like http://example.com/index.php?referrer=1 should work.
