Okay so i want someone to make a theme for me or make my Forum looks exactly like HF or Close enough ! Only the logo will be not the same i will add some words Like Arab Hack Forums instead of Hack Forums !

just a note: IIRC, the referred theme was released for public use (no longer available on public domain)
someone (having that theme) might take undue advantage of your requirement !
