I downloaded a button set from here, how do I get them up on my website?

Step by Step would be nice, because I already tried and it didn't work.

Edit the postbit templates and make sure that your images are using the correct format.

So I changed them all to .gif files and added them through FileZilla, and it didn't work.

I don't know what 'post-bit templates' are.
